Client: MGM MIRAGE Hospitality LLC.

Project: A 1,000-room three-hotel mixed-use development on a 40-acre site at Mina Zayed, Abu Dhabi. The project also included 900 residential units, as well as 35,000 square feet of high-end retail, dining, entertainment and concert venues.

Scope: Pre-development services including site inspection and assessment, feasibility analysis and project programming, as well as drafting and negotiation of a joint venture development services agreement.
